Williamsburg starts hydrant flushing on June 15

Date:

Weather permitting, starting Monday, June 15, the Williamsburg Fire Department will begin flushing fire hydrants.

Williamsburg Fire Chief Larry Todd cautioned that if you see the fire department or city workers in the area, then know that the water may be discolored for a period of time.

“Let it run, and it will clear up,” Todd added.
