Whitley County Grand Jury indicts 84 for flagrant non-support; total of $3.2 million owed

If you owe back child support in Whitley County, then be forewarned. A joint effort between the Whitley County Attorney’s Office and the Whitley County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office has resulted in the indictment of more than 80 people, who are accused of not paying a total of $3,251,279.70 in child support.
