Stuart S. “Tootie” Mack III, age 86, of Williamsburg, Ky., passed away Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at Williamsburg Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was born December 19, 1938 in Whitley County, Ky. to the late Stuart Jr. and Pauline Foley Mack. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by three sisters, Vivian Lynch, Verna Rountree and Alene Powers.
He was Ordained Deacon at Pleasant View Baptist Church, he was a member of Main Street Baptist Church, he was a member of Williamsburg Masonic Lodge #490 F&AM and he worked for 34 years with Kentucky Department of Transportation as Assistant Resident Engineer.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon Miller Mack of Williamsburg, KY; two children, Richard Mack (Brenda) of Williamsburg, KY, and Craig Mack (Joy) of Williamsburg, KY; four grandchildren, Stuart Grant Mack (Brooke), Candace Flora (Kevin), Aaron Mack and Makayla Colby (Connor); ten great-grandchildren, Gabriel Mack, Kaiden Mack, Coen Flora, Raelynn Mack, Hallee Mack, Josiah Mack, Annistyn Flora, Madilynn Mack, Maevie Anne Mack and Aelynn Flora; one sister, Rhonda Foley (Gary) of Williamsburg, KY; several nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Funeral service was Saturday November 8, at Ellison Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Wright officiating. Interment was in the Stanfill Cemetery.
Williamsburg Masonic Lodge 490 F&AM will confer masonic rites prior to funeral service.
Pallbearers were Aaron Mack, Stuart Grant Mack, Scott Bishop, Scott Broyles, Gabriel Mack and Kevin Flora. Honorary pallbearers were Kaiden Mack, Josiah Mack, Coen Flora, and Connor Colby.
