S.C. woman, who stole W’burg car but brought it back, still arrested for car theft

A South Carolina woman, who is accused of stealing a car from a Williamsburg business Monday afternoon, brought the vehicle back later that evening after getting a call from the Williamsburg Police Department, according to her arrest citation.
