Rose Stephens

Rose Stephens was born in Berkley, Michigan on November 2, 1944, and peacefully departed this life on December 28, 2024.
Rose was a treasured member of her community, a beacon of love and compassion, and a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. Her unyielding spirit was a testament to her strength and will, and her love for her family was boundless.
Rose is survived by her loving husband, James Stephens; and their cherished children, Allison Kelly, Michael (Nicole) Baughman, James (Tara) Day, and Brandi Calloway; she is also survived by her grandchildren, Dallas Morales, Shayanna Lawson, Ted IV, Carly Baughman, Colton Baughman, Kerianne Warman, Braxton Warman, and Aubrey Warman.
Rose was blessed with great-grandchildren, Thea Morales, Tahlia Morales, and Worthy Lawson; she also leaves behind her sisters, Karen Wilson and Sue Como; her brother, Paul Smith; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends to mourn her passing.
Rose was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Marie Smith; her son, Ted III; her son-in-law, Michael Kelly; and her brother, Steve Smith.
Visitation for Rose Stephens will be held on Tuesday, December 31, at 7:00 pm at Croley Funeral Home located at 103 South 2nd Street, Williamsburg, Kentucky.
The funeral service will be held at the same location on Wednesday, January 1, at 1:00 pm, with Reverend James Hodge officiating.
Following the service, Rose will be laid to rest at Canadatown Cemetery on Jim Walker Road, Williamsburg, Kentucky, at 3:00 pm.
Rose Stephens made all those around her feel deeply loved and cherished, and her memory will continue to inspire and uplift.
