Ronald Bundy, 76, a departed this life on December 11, 2025. Born in Jellico, Tennessee to the late Joe and Opal Maxine (Croley) Bundy.
A lifelong resident of Williamsburg, Kentucky, Ron was known for his warm heart, infectious sense of humor, and love for his family. He was a man who valued community, exemplified by his many years as a Little League Coach for basketball, football, and baseball. His passion for Kentucky sports never wavered, and he found joy in every dribble, pass, and home run.
Ron served as Vice-President of the Bank of Williamsburg for several years and a salesman for Clayton Homes for over 20 years serving as manger in the London store. His dedication to service extended beyond his professional life, as he was a proud member of the Kentucky National Guard. Even in retirement, Ron’s humble nature and sense of humor remained his defining traits. He was a beacon of laughter and joy, always ready with a joke or a funny story to brighten someone’s day.
Ron is survived by his children Denise Lawson-Campbell of Williamsburg, KY, Jody Bundy (Debbie Powell) of Williamsburg, KY, Billy Shawn Lawson (Shea) of Williamsburg, KY, and Peggy Melissa Culver (Daniel Housman) of Williamsburg, KY. He was a proud grandfather to Jonathan Bundy (Melissa), Joseph Bundy, Bryson Lawson (Kenzie), and Lily Ronin Housman, and a loving great-grandfather to River Bundy, Isiah Bundy, Maggie Bundy, Honey Bundy, Lennon Bundy, Levi Bundy, and Asher Lawson. Ron was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Maxine Bundy, his wives Vanessa and Betty Bundy, and his grandson Hardin Bundy.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16, at 11:00am at Croley Funeral Home located at 103 South 2nd Street, Williamsburg, Kentucky. The funeral service will follow at 1:00pm at the Croley Funeral Home with Rev. Jerome McCullah. A burial service will be held at 2:00pm at Highland Cemetery in Williamsburg, Kentucky.
