Rev. Estes Powers, age 66, of Jellico, Tennessee passed away Monday, December 06, 2021 at the Baptist Health Corbin. He was born February 26, 1955 in Jellico, Tennessee. He was a member at the Lick Creek Holiness Church.
Estes is preceded in death by his parents, Caleb and Mary Campbell Power; brothers, Roscoe, Delmus and Caleb Powers, Jr.; sister, Brenda Brandenburg
He is survived by wife, Doris Ann Elliott Power; sons, Estes Lee Powers, Matthew Dewayne Powers and Brittany Metcalf; daughters, Mary Ann Blair and husband Keith, Tiffany Nicole Hicks and husband Michael; grandchildren, Dakota, Brittany and Dan, Whitney and Kenny, Kirsten, Rihana, Leeanna, Addison and one on the way; great-grandchild, Lyden; brother, Rev. Earl Powers and Louise Goley; sister, Lillie and husband Rev. Paul Cox; special friend, Johnny Zecchini; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family to mourn his passing.
Graveside service was Tuesday, December 14, in the Powers Family Cemetery (Brick Plant) Jellico, Tennessee with Rev. Hansford Bolton officiating. Burial was in the Powers Family Cemetery
Harp Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
