Paul F. Cox of Corbin, passed away Wednesday November 23, 2016 at his home.
He was 71 years and 9 days of age.
He was born Novem-ber 14, 1945 in Harlan County, to the late Pleasant Alonzo Cox and the late Hila Ester Paul Cox.
Along with parents he was preceded in death by a brother Alonzo Denver Cox and two sisters Yvonne Jones and Phyllis Caddell.
He is survived by several children and step children, several grandchildren and step grandchildren, two sisters Betty Lawson of Williamsburg, Barbara Hammons of Corbin; three brothers, Carl Cox of Cincinnati, OH, Everett Cox of Chattanooga, TN, Billy Joe Cox of Indianapolis, IN, several nieces, nephews, a very compassionate niece and caregiver Hileanna Jones of Corbin, and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Funeral services were held Saturday November 26, at the Ellison Funeral Home with Rev. Hoyt Caddell Jr. officiating.
He was laid to rest in the Emlyn Cemetery.
