Ms. Patricia P. Parkey of Corbin, Ky. and Mr. William H. Parkey of New Albany, Ind. announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Patti Renee’ Parkey, to Kevin Murl Hash, son of Mr. and Mrs. Leon Hash of Danville, Ky.
Patti is the granddaughter of Stella Poynter of Corbin, Ky., the late Raymond D. Poynter and Mr. and Mrs. W.J. Parkey. Kevin is the grandson of the late Rev. and Mrs. M.C. Hash and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Murner.
Patti is a 1985 graduate of Salem High School, Salem, Ind., and is employed of Bank of America Merchant Services, Louisville, Ky. Kevin is a 1983 graduate of Danville High School, Danville, Ky., and is employed by Brantley Security, Louisville, Ky.
The wedding will take place on May 9, 2009 at 2 p.m. at First Christian Church, Corbin, Ky. Formal invitations will be sent. All friends and relatives are invited to attend.
