Mr. and Mrs. E. Paul Rains of Williamsburg would like to announce the engagement and wedding celebration of their daughter Melissa Marie to James Owen Quirk of Lily. James is the son of Ronald and Sharon Quirk of Valley Center, California.
Melissa is a graduate of Williamsburg High School, Cumberland and Union College. She is currently employed at Cumberland River Comprehensive Care in Corbin. James is a graduate of Findlay High School and a veteran of the United States Air Force. He is currently employed by Datatrac in Corbin.
The couple will be married on September 23, 2006 at Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Williamsburg at 2:30 p.m.
