Date:

A Lily woman is facing drug-related charges after she was reportedly found with drug paraphernalia while in the company of three small children at the KCEOC building in Gray Friday.

Knox County Sheriff’s deputy William Stewart said deputies arrested Ashley Derose, 27, on charges of second-degree wanton endangerment and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Deputies were called to the scene at approximately 11:30 a.m. in response to a complaint that a female was using narcotics at the scene.

A syringe was located in her possession.

Derose was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.

The children were released to the custody of a family member.
