Kenneth Raymond Garland, 77, of Frakes, KY, passed away Friday, May 6, 2016, at the Jellico Community Hospital.

Memorial services were held Monday, May 9, at Fonde Baptist Church with Kenny Garland officiating.

Cox & Son Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
