Jack Wayne Clark, 77, of Corbin passed away Thursday, July 25, 2019 at St. Joseph Hospital at London.

Survivors include his son, Aaron Clark

The funeral was held Tuesday with Rev. Randall Lee officiating. Burial was in the Felts Chapel Cemetery.
