Glen Cornett,  54, of Michaels Road, Williamsburg, departed this life on Monday, September 18, 2017 at his home.

He was born on April 11, 1963 in Pineville,  to the late James Archie Cornett and Martha (Carpenter) Cornett.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a niece, Jeanne Renee Wynn.

He is survived by three sisters, Mary June Wynn (Darrell) of Williamsburg, Peggy Hamblin (Michael) of Williamsburg and Wanda Peace (Bruce) of Corbin; two brothers, Ronnie Cornett of Williamsburg and Rev. Harold Cornutt (Rhonda) of Williamsburg; nieces and nephews, Christy Hamblin, Amanda Cornutt, Kevin Cornutt, Johnny Wynn and Marty Wynn; great niece, Sierra Hamblin; and a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.

Visitation will be after 6 p.m. on Thursday, September 21, at the Croley Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, September 22, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rick Croley officiating.

He will be laid to rest in the Lower Mulberry Community Cemetery.
