Federal fugitive arrested in Rockholds, his girlfriend charged with drug trafficking, criminal abuse

Thanks to the efforts of six local and state agencies, police apprehended a federal fugitive living in Rockholds Friday morning, and arrested his girlfriend for drug trafficking and criminal abuse, according to a Corbin Police Department release and court documents.
