Daisy Marie (Harp) Wilson

Daisy Marie (Harp) Wilson, age 86, of the Kensee Community of Williamsburg, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born June 12, 1938, in Burke Hollow, Kentucky.
Daisy is preceded in death by her husband, Odis William “Bill” Wilson; sons, Jerry Wayne Wilson, and Billy Ray Wilson; daughter, Kathy McFarland; father, Robert Harp; mother, Lillie (Allen) Harp; brothers, Hurbert “Red” Harp, Bobby Hyslope, Charles Huskey, and Everett Trammell; sisters, Jetta Williams, and Rosetta Baily.
She is survived by sons, Robert “Bobby” Wilson and wife Carol, Larry Wilson and wife Vicky; daughters, Mildred “Mickey” Day and late husband Robert, Rosetta Mooney and husband Clay, and Marie Wilson; grandchildren, Jerry Jr., Robert Jr., Cissy, Matthew, Kenny Jr., Kathy, China, Ruby, Jordan, Christy, Sami, John, Jaron, Andrew, Austin, and Brieanna; and a host of great and great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends and family to mourn her passing.
Funeral service was Saturday, September 28, at the Harp Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Douglas officiating.
Burial followed in the Pleasant View Cemetery.
