Crystal Shumate Norman

Crystal Shumate Norman, age 46, of the Lick Fork Community (Elk Valley), Tennessee passed away Thursday, September 16, 2021 at the St. Joseph Health London. She was born September 17, 1974 in Evansville, Indiana.
Crystal is preceded in death by father, Donald Edward Shumate; mother, Phyllis Ann Jones Shumate; sister, Margaret Neal and husband Benny; nephew, Donald Ray Shumate, Jr., and mother-in-law, Geneva Norman.
She is survived by husband, Troy Norman; brothers, Donald Ray Shumate, Glen Shumate; special niece, Gabby Shumate; and a host of friends and family to mourn her passing.
Crystal’s wishes were cremation and due to current sickness no services are planned.
