Christopher Earls

Date:

Christopher Earls, a native son of Corbin, Kentucky, was born on September 1, 1982, and lived his life embodying the spirit of kindness and love. His heart was a kaleidoscope of warmth that radiated to everyone he encountered, and his soul was a melody of compassion that echoed in the hearts of those he knew. Christopher was a beacon of positivity and a lover of the outdoors, whose joy lay in the simple pleasures of life. As the author, Ralph Waldo Emerson once said, “The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.” Christopher lived this sentiment every day of his life, touching the lives of many with his kindness and love.
Christopher was, above all, a loving father, grandfather, brother, and son. His children, Madison, Matala, Christopher, Kinberlyn, Kiersten, Kadence and Austin, were the center of his universe. His grandchild, Briar, brought him immeasurable joy. He was the cherished brother of Sally, Mitchell, Jonas, and John, and a beloved son to his mother, Betty. His life was enriched by his many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Christopher was preceded in death by his father, Jonas; his grandparents, Joe and Fonda; his nephew, Alexander; his aunt, Connie; his uncle, Wayne; and the mother of his children, Melissa.
We invite those who knew and loved Christopher to join us in celebrating his life. Family visitation will be held on Friday, January 17, 2025, at 4:00 pm at Croley Funeral Home, 103 South 2nd Street, Williamsburg, Kentucky. General visitation will follow at 6:00 pm at the same location. The funeral service will take place on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at 11:00 am at the Croley Funeral Home. Reverends Willie Canada and Bill Meadors will be officiating.
As we say farewell to Christopher, we encourage everyone to remember him not with sorrow, but with joy for having known such a remarkable individual. In the words of Dr. Seuss, “Don’t cry because it’s over. Smile because it happened.” Let’s honor Christopher’s memory by sharing stories, laughter, and love. Please consider leaving your memories and uploading photos of Christopher to the memorial page. Let’s celebrate the life of Christopher Earls, a man who truly made a difference by living and living well.
