Barbara Sue Jones

Barbara Sue Jones, age 73, of Williamsburg, KY, passed away Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at her home.
She was born June 5, 1951 in Williamsburg, KY, to the late Noah and Stella Marie Bryant Lovitt.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by one great granddaughter, Audrina Wagner; six siblings, Amanda Angel, Bobby Lovitt, Harold Lovitt, James Lovitt, Ray Lovitt, and Jimmy Lovitt.
Barbara dedicated her life to her children and her grandchildren. She loved to shop, go to a good garage sale, sew, cook, and to fish on Lake Erie.
She is survived by her husband, Arnold Jones of Williamsburg, KY; two children, Tammy Chaffee (Ronald) of Williamsburg, KY, and Freddie Jones (Sandy Miller) of Williamsburg, KY; five grandchildren, Brittany Jones, Amber Vera, Branden Jones, Ariel Rife, and Blaine Chaffee; 11 great-grandchildren; one brother, Ronnie Lovitt of Indiana; several nieces, nephews; and a host of relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral service was Saturday, December 21, at the Ellison Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Wayne Inman officiating.
Interment was in Pleasant Run Cemetery.
