Architect chosen for Williamsburg Independent football field project

The wheels are officially in motion for the athletic upgrades to the football field at Williamsburg Independent following a selection for the project’s architect last week.

During the Williamsburg Independent Board of Education’s regular monthly meeting last Tuesday, board members discussed letters of interest received from three firms for the upcoming project. The board elected to solicit for the letters during their July meeting. Those letters were accepted through Aug. 31.
