A 52-year-old Corbin man allegedly admitted to police that he rubbed a female juvenile’s vagina and knew it was wrong but claimed he wasn’t a monster, according to his arrest citation.
He’s now residing in the Whitley County Detention Center where he is being held in lieu of a $10,000 cash bond.
