A Lexington woman remains incarcerated in the Whitley County Detention Center after allegedly shoplifting from the Williamsburg Walmart and leading police on a vehicle pursuit that reached a speed of 100 mph before ending just inside Tennessee.
The entertainment lineup for the 2013 NIBROC Festival has been announced, and this year, organizers says they are going in a wildly different direction with an eclectic mix of local and area talent capped on the final night by folk rock band Holy Ghost Tent Revival out of Greensboro, NC.
