Corbin takes Sixth and Eighth grade titles

The Corbin sixth grade and eighth grade basketball teams won the 13th Region Middle School Tournament. The sixth grade, 23-0, defeated South Laurel 64-37 while the eighth grade downed Knox Central 38-31 to go 17-2 on the season.
Coach Jimmy Hendrickson's sixth grade team will play in the KBA State Tournament Friday-Sunday in Lexington.
